沖吸式抽沙船的組成：
1.抽沙泵為主的抽沙組件：包括了抽沙泵，抽沙泵動力（柴油機或電機），高壓水泵，高壓水泵動力，配套的支架，水龍頭，如果是柴油機，還有輔助的油箱室。
2.船體固定和移動為主的輔助裝置：以卷揚機配合船錨實現(xiàn)船體的固定，船體移動可以是移動卷揚機，有的時候也使用螺旋槳移動。
3.管線系統(tǒng)：包括吸沙管、輸沙管、管線漂浮裝置（浮板或浮筒）等。
4.其他的輔助組件：包括一些供工人休息的休息室或者是放置抽砂設(shè)備的艙室。
