2.管路支撐不穩(wěn)，水泵底座或地腳螺栓松動是造成振動常見的原因，必須緊固各處螺栓，避免出現(xiàn)松動。
3.砂泵與電機軸不同心，應(yīng)進行調(diào)整，用皮帶轉(zhuǎn)動時，轉(zhuǎn)動帶過松或接頭接觸不良，也會引起振動。水泵葉輪不平衡運行中葉輪磨損或個別葉輪流道堵塞易造成振動，有時也因軸彎曲工葉輪不良失去平衡而引起振動。
