1作業(yè)前檢查卷?yè)P(yáng)機(jī)滑輪、制動(dòng)裝置和鋼絲繩等應(yīng)工作可靠后方可使用。
2、使用皮帶和開式齒輪傳動(dòng)的部分，均須設(shè)防護(hù)罩，導(dǎo)向滑輪不得用開口拉板式滑輪。
3、以動(dòng)力正反轉(zhuǎn)的卷?yè)P(yáng)機(jī)，卷筒旋轉(zhuǎn)方向應(yīng)與操縱開關(guān)上指示的方向一致。
4、從卷筒中心線到一個(gè)導(dǎo)向滑輪的距離，帶繩槽卷筒應(yīng)大于卷筒寬度的15倍，無(wú)槽卷筒應(yīng)大于20倍，當(dāng)鋼絲繩在卷筒中間位置時(shí)，滑輪的位置應(yīng)與卷筒軸心垂直。
5、操作人員須熟悉其卷?yè)P(yáng)機(jī)的構(gòu)造性能，經(jīng)培訓(xùn)、考核后方可操作。
6、工作開始時(shí)，應(yīng)將鋼絲繩拉直后，方可正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)程中，吊運(yùn)物體不得碰到障礙物。
7、卷筒上的鋼絲繩應(yīng)排列整齊，如發(fā)現(xiàn)重疊或斜繞時(shí)，應(yīng)停機(jī)重新排列。
8、任何人不得跨越正在作業(yè)的卷?yè)P(yáng)鋼絲繩。物件提升后，操作人員不得離開卷?yè)P(yáng)機(jī)。休息時(shí)物件應(yīng)降到固定面。
9、卷?yè)P(yáng)機(jī)在工作中嚴(yán)禁注油、保養(yǎng)及修理。
10卷?yè)P(yáng)機(jī)卷筒上的鋼絲繩不可全部放出，至少應(yīng)保留3圈，鋼絲繩應(yīng)從卷筒的下方引出。
11、卷?yè)P(yáng)機(jī)的各項(xiàng)電氣控制要靈敏有效，接地良好。
